Updated Core Web Vitals guidance for CLS

You probably know that Google's Page Experience update is now rolling out (through August 2021), bringing new opportunities for ranking boosts to pages that can pass certain "core web vitals" thresholds.

One of these, called Cumulative Layout Shift or CLS, seems to cause a lot of grief for many websites.
