A secure HTTPS site is a known ranking tie-breaker with Google. Will it grow in importance with the coming Page Experience update?

We know that having a secure site can give your pages an edge in a ranking battle, even if it's a small one. But Google is planning to roll HTTPS into a new Page Experience signal sometime next year, for combined effect.
